TRAIL RIDING -available only certain days, call for availability!!!

We offer public trail rides for people of all ages*.  It is, a great experience or a great gift! Our horses are great trail horses and we offer several different types of rides for you - our client!  They are different in the sense that we do not just take you in a large open trail that is flat. You will enter the woods where there are miles of trails. It is very beautiful Spring through Fall. You can choose which ride is best for you and your party (min of 2 persons per ride) .   (minimum age 8 yrs old)

We are also unique in the sense that we do not take out large groups of people at once. Each trail ride is for the individual party that has booked their day & time. You wont be going out with a bunch of strangers.  We like to keep it personal so you get the most out of your experience here.  All rides are supervised by professionals! Cameras welcome!  On all rides we give Instructions to help you and we ask you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled ride so we can prepare your horse.

EASY RIDER      ($25/person)     

NEW!! The Easy Rider is a great  trail ride if you want to take a simple shorter ride on horseback through the woods.  It is excellent for those who haven't ridden before or only several times!!  It will help  you get practice in so you get comfortable in the saddle and you'll be sure to visit us again.  We'll even be sure to give you some time for some simple instructions on riding!!! 

                             GUIDED TRAIL RIDE     ($32.50/person) 

This 1hour ride is a good introduction to back-country horseback riding and a great opportunity to enjoy our horses and scenery. It is a nice ride for people who have or haven't ridden before but may have a little knowledge of horses...It is a great experience. We'll even give you a few tips for your next ride!! We have many different trails to go on!   This is a guided ride through the woods where often you will see deer, squirrel, chipmunks and wild turkey.  Depending on your experience&weather, the trail guide will decide on doing a little trotting on the trail.  Our horses await meeting you!!!                                                                                                                                                   

SUNSET RIDE     ($30/person)

This ride is approximately 45-50 minutes and the sun sets right above the path we take to get into the woods and the ride is absolutey breathtaking. If you choose this option we will advise you what time the ride will take place. When June hits, it's awesome to see the FIREFLIES blanket the ground and just light itup and the stars above!!     

THE TRAVELER*     ($60/person)

This ride is going to be for the customers with riding experience who feel the 1 hour guided trail isn't enough.  The ride is approx. 2 hours long (longer if we didn't do trotting).  We will take you throughout the trails and up and down some hills.  You'll enjoy the scenary as well as the time spent with our horses and guides. It allows you to see alot more of what we offer here.  We do some trotting on this ride so hold onto your hats!!!!   It's a great ride!!!                                        

The *Traveler is NOT for people who are beginner riders. You will need to demonstrate basic riding skills and we do reserve the right to change the ride upon arrival if you are unable to demonstrate skills needed for these rides. Professional lessons preferred, must be15 yrs of age or older only. 

ROMANCE RIDE/PICNIC RIDE     ($130/couple) 

This Ride is AVAILABLE only 5/15 - 8/30 each year

(Back by popular demand)   This was one of our most popular rides last year!!  Whether it is an anniversary, birthday or special occasion..... First we start with your trail ride through the woods, exploring the trails.  Then upon bringing you back, there is a quaint spot in the woods we have set up with a small screened in gazebo where we drop you and the horses off.  Inside, we have a picnic basket set up with your favorite items** where you can relax and eat.  If it is a special occassion we can include a baloon or if you'd like flowers (addt'l $5).  We do include music also.  It is an awesome surprise for anyone!!!!  We leave and return in about 45 minutes to return you to the Stables.         ($25 deposit required)
