HORSEMASTERS KIDS CAMP
Horsemasters spend most of their day at the barn, caring for, reviewing horse nutrition, safety practices and riding horses. They learn to tack, groom, pick their horses feet and much more. They receive a daily one hour lesson in Equitation and Centered Riding techniques. The combined emphasis is on expanding rider experiences, skills, and confidence, not becoming expert in one specific area. Riders are matched to horses appropriate for their riding level. Often they ride more than one horse during the course of their camp stay. Much depends on their skill level. They have the opportunity to care for and love one horse if they are interested in doing so.
Beginner, intermediate, advanced riders are welcome in the Horsemaster Program. Riding instruction meets rider skills appropriately. This program is enjoyed by those who like time to read, enjoy some arts & crafts, games and horse videos. The MAJORITY of CAMP is SPENT with the HORSES. CAMP is a great way for the kids to also get to know and interact with each other. We recommend packing your child a small lunch!!!
All are welcome!!!!! FUN,FUN,FUN!!!
