We enjoy teaching riding lessons here at Hunters Stables.  Our lessons include safety, tacking, horse care and horsemanship.  We teach Professional English and Western riding lessons with over 25 years of riding experience to pass on to you.  Whether your interest is trail riding, Western pleasure, English Equitation or Jumping, our instructors will help accomplish your goals. We work with beginners to advanced persons of all ages. 

*Lessons start promptly at their scheduled time. We recommend arriving a few minutes early. If you are late, your lesson will still end at its' scheduled end time.  We cannot extend lessons beyond their scheduled times.  This is in consideration of others and other lessons scheduled for the day.

          LESSON OPTIONS      

Private Lessons:  1 hour, 1:1 lessons    $30

   Group Lessons: 1 hour, 2 or more riders   $25

1 hour lessons consist of approximately 45 minutes of riding and 15 minutes grooming, tacking and cooling down your horse

*4 week private lesson package   $110  

*The 4 week package is 1 hour private lessons for new clients only.  The amount of the lessons, $110, must be prepaid on your first lesson.  Because the sessions are discounted, there are no refunds on the amount if you choose not to complete your 4 lessons. The 4 sessions must be completed within 45 days & are non - transferable.                                                 

LESSON ATTIRE

• Paddock boots or other acceptable boot   (no sneakers)
• ASTM/SEI certified riding helmet (we do offer use of our helmets)
• Riding gloves - these will help in gripping the reins  

We can recommend where you can purchase items very reasonably. 

Minimum Age to start lessons is 7 years old
